Office-S
De eerste indruk

Loop hier naar binnen en je voelt het; de energie stroomt. Het bloeiende ondernemersklimaat op Strijp-S wordt gevoed door onderlinge samenwerking.

Ondernemerschap ontwikkelen is het doel van Office-S. De Office-S Community is misschien wel de grootste businessclub in de regio Eindhoven. Onze leden werken ook nog eens onder een dak, dus contacten zijn snel gelegd. Dit creëert een sterk wij-gevoel en leidt tot prachtige initiatieven.

Zeven verdiepingen met ondernemers uit alle denkbare sectoren. Hier huur je flexibele werkplekken of werkruimtes vanaf 20 m2 met talrijke faciliteiten om jou als ondernemer te ondersteunen, van koffiecorner tot vergaderkamer. Met de faciliteiten en services van Office-S heb je alles in huis om lekker te kunnen werken. Ontspannen ondernemen noemen we dat.

Dé plek voor creatieve makers biedt ook flexibele werkplekken of werkruimtes aan andere beroepen. Vanaf 25 m2 huur je hier je eigen ruimte in een verscheidenheid aan afwerkingsniveau's, van basic tot luxe.

Vergaderen
in stijl

Vergaderen in een industriële omgeving. Voor een grote groep of juist intieme setting. De mogelijkheden zijn eindeloos. Het Videolab telt maar liefst 7 spreekkamers en een grote presentatieruimte. Hier ontvang je jouw gasten in stijl.

04 — 4 — Compacte vergaderruimte op de 7e etage. tafel met 6 stoelen, flipover en WiFi. De ruimte is rolstoeltoegankelijk.
05 — 5 — Spreekkamer op de 5e etage Vergaderfaciliteit met een tafel, 6 stoelen, flipover, WiFi. De ruimte is rolstoeltoegankelijk.
06 — 6 — Spreekkamer 3e etage van het Videolab Vergaderfaciliteit met twee tafels, 9 stoelen, flipover, WiFi. De ruimte is rolstoeltoegankelijk.
07 — 7 — Spreekkamer 2e etage van het Videolab Vergaderfaciliteit met een tafel, 8 stoelen, flipover, WiFi. De ruimte is rolstoeltoegankelijk.
08 — 8 — Presentatiezaal op de begane grond van het Videolab Vergaderfaciliteit op de begane grond met 10 verplaatsbare tafels standaard voorzien van 25 stoelen, uit te breiden naar maximaal 80 stoelen (zonder tafels), vaste beamer & presentatiescherm/whiteboard, flipover, luchtventilatie en WiFi. De ruimte is rolstoeltoegankelijk.
09 — 9 — Lactatie- en gebedsruimte Een knusse ruimte die van binnenuit afsluitbaar is. Voorzien van raamblindering en gelegen in een rustige hoek op de 1e verdieping.

Efficiënte Bewegwijzering

De gebouwen mogen dan groot zijn, we laten jouw gasten niet verdwalen. Gewoon de borden volgen, van de hal tot aan jouw deur.

Schoonmaak

De wekelijkse schoonmaak van alle ruimtes wordt door onze vaste ploeg gedaan, ze zijn servicegericht en graag gezien.

Printen, post en pakketten

Postmasters print jouw drukwerk en biedt een handige post- en pakketservice voor Strijp-S. Op de begane grond in het Videolab.
